Refund policy

The Wildflower accepts returns and exchanges on items purchased within 7 days. Items must be in original condition and must not be worn, used, altered, or washed. Items must include the attached price tickets. No items can be exchanged or returned after 7 days. Please note your bank may require additional days to process and post the transaction. 

Please note: All items purchased during a sale, promotion or with a discount code are FINAL SALE. All accessories (Soil and all other media, pots, bags, garden tools, hats, etc.) are FINAL SALE.

Please allow up to a week for your items to ship. We typically ship within 3 days.

Orders will be shipped from Clarksville Tennessee. If you are in Tennessee your items tend to arrive sooner than others. If you need an item by a certain date we will try our hardest to accommodate.
